Matthew Koenig is an attorney in Constantine Cannon’s New York office. Matthew is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati (B.B.A.), and of the Syracuse University College of Law (J.D). During law school, Matthew was a Judicial Intern for Hon. Walter H. Rice, Chief Judge and Hon. Michael R. Merz, United States Magistrate Judge of the Southern District of Ohio., while also working with Legal Services of Central New York where he assisted in the representation of individuals with disabilities.
Following law school, he was an associate at a commercial litigation firm in Albany, NY. Matthew has been a supervisor on numerous large-scale, complex commercial litigation document review, and worked on many prominent biopharmaceutical and financial matters, including securities, antitrust, and patent infringement cases. At Constantine Cannon, Matthew is now involved in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
