Phillip Brown is as an associate in Constantine Cannon’s New York office. He specializes in assisting with the development of potential new whistleblower cases. Prior to joining Constantine Cannon, Mr. Brown served as an Excelsior Fellow with the New York State Insurance Fund, where he focused on investment compliance and reinsurance.

Mr. Brown received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was a Carroll and Milton Petrie Scholar and received the Pro Bono Service Award. While in law school, he interned with the Public Corruption Bureau of the Boston United States Attorney’s Office.

Prior to law school, Mr. Brown graduated cum laude from Creighton University with a degree in Finance and Social Entrepreneurship. While at Creighton, he was an Ethics and Social Responsibility Scholar.

Mr. Brown is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
