16 Constantine Cannon Attorneys Named To Super Lawyers Magazine

Sixteen Constantine Cannon attorneys have been recognized and named to Thomson Reuters’ 2015 “Super Lawyers” and “Rising Stars” lists.  See Constantine Cannon Press Release.  The Super Lawyers rating service distinguishes lawyers at the top 5 percent (top 2.5 percent for Rising Stars) of their location, considering both professional achievement and peer recognition by practice area.  Eric Havian, Wayne Lamprey and Gordon Schnell, all partners in the firm’s whistleblower practice, were among the Constantine Cannon attorneys named to the Super Lawyers listing.  “We are extremely proud that our attorneys have been recognized for their work,” said Constantine Cannon Managing Partner Richard Aborn. “We look forward to adding to this impressive list in years to come.”

W. Stephen Cannon, Chairman of Constantine Cannon and the Managing Partner of its Washington, D.C., office, focuses his antitrust practice in government relations, data security, electronic payments, issues facing retailers, mergers & acquisitions, and telecommunications. Cannon was named to the Washington, D.C., Super Lawyers list.

Matthew L. Cantor, a partner, focuses his antitrust practice in health services, financial services, the media, mergers & acquisitions, and telecommunications. Cantor was named to the New York Metro Super Lawyers list.

Eric R. Havian, a partner and co-founder of Constantine Cannon’s San Francisco office, represents whistleblowers under qui tam law and the False Claims Act. Havian was named to the Northern California Super Lawyers list.

Ankur Kapoor, a partner, focuses on antitrust litigation and counseling across multiple industries, including air transportation, electronic payments, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications. Kapoor was named to the New York Metro Super Lawyers list.
