DOJ Fraud Settlements

The DOJ settled False Claims Act and other fraud allegations with ConvergEx, Sevenson Environmental, Seiki Co., CareAll Management, Biotronik, Bio-Rad, Hyundai and Kia, among others.  Many of these matters were initiated by whistleblowers under the qui tam provisions of the False Claims Act.  Click here.
