Qualitest Pharmaceuticals pays $39 million to federal government and 47 states to resolve 2013 whistleblower lawsuit over half-strength fluoride supplements — “A generic drug maker owned by Endo International Plc has reached a $39 million settlement with the U.S. government and 47 states stemming from the unlawful labeling of multivitamins that contained fluoride.” Reuters

United States intervenes in 3 whistleblower lawsuits against SavaSeniorCare for unnecessary rehab services   “The federal government has jumped into three lawsuits alleging that skilled nursing chain SavaSeniorCare billed Medicare for medically unnecessary rehabilitation therapy services.”   ModernHealthcare
