Lobbyist seeks funding to limit fraud liability of for-profit colleges – Steve Gunderson, a former congressman turned lobbyist, is asking for $80,000 to pay lawyers to file a brief with the Supreme Court arguing for limits on the liability of for-profit schools under the False Claims Act.  Huffington Post
