Citizenfour filmmaker suing over alleged harassment — Oscar and Pulitzer Prize-winning filmmaker Laura Poitras filed a lawsuit Monday against the U.S. government to find out why she has been searched, questioned and subject to enhanced security screenings over the course of six years at U.S. and overseas airports.  Time

Amphastar whistleblower lawsuit against Sanofi dismissed –A judge in the Central District of California dismissed Amphastar’s lawsuit brought under the False Claims Act because Amphastar had not shown that it had independent knowledge of Sanofi’s alleged fraud.    Reuters
