Federal Court Issues Permanent Injunction Against Utah Compounding Pharmacy – The U.S. District Court for the District of Utah entered a consent decree of permanent injunction barring Isomeric Pharmacy Solutions LLC, its Chief Executive Officer, and its Chief Sales Officer from distributing adulterated, misbranded and unapproved new drugs in violation of the federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. DOJ

Former Transmar Executives Charged with Fraud – “Three former executives at Transmar Commodity Group Ltd have been charged with defrauding banks to win a $400 million credit line for their now bankrupt New Jersey-based cocoa trading company, federal prosecutors said on Tuesday.” Reuters
