Las Vegas Sands settles retaliation lawsuit – The casino has agreed to pay over $75 million to Steven Jacobs, the former CEO of Sands Macau, to settle a wrongful termination suit which spurred, among other things, government investigations of the company for bribery.  Wall Street Journal

Deloitte Consulting settles False Claims Act lawsuit – The company has agreed to pay $11 million to resolve allegations that it failed to abide by price reduction provisions in its contract with the General Services Administration for information technology services.  Corporate Crime Reporter
