NCAA sued for the full monty – High-profile sports labor attorney, Jeffrey Kellner, has filed a class action lawsuit against the NCAA challenging its age-old ban on paying college athletes.  ESPN

SEC whistleblower chief issues warning to corporate counsel — Sean McKessy, head of the SEC’s Whistleblower Office, warned in-house counsel that the agency would pursue cases where corporations drafted contracts to prevent employees from reporting fraud to the SEC.  National Law Review
