Sarah Taylor, advocate in the women’s rights division at Human Rights Watch, on the UN’s latest sexual abuse development, this one involving “at least four UN peacekeepers in the Central African Republic [who] allegedly paid young girls as little as 50 cents in exchange for sex.”  Click here for more.
