On July 12, 2021, partner David Golden will moderate The Ethics of Artificial Intelligence discussion during the ABA Antitrust Law Section virtual conference.  The panel discussion will include artificial intelligence and perspectives on data privacy, paternalism, transparency, surveillance, and inequality. AI technologies, recent government policies, legislation and novel business models raise a host of ethics and legal questions. This panel will explore case studies and analyze key issues impacting both consumers and businesses.  The discussion will begin at 4:15 PM.
