Institute of Art and Law - Force Majeure & Covid-19

On 6 February 2021, Azmina Jasani lectured at the Institute of Art and Law on the enforceability of force majeure provisions in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic.  She provided IAL students examples of how courts in New York and London have interpreted and enforced force majeure clauses in various agreements.
