Agnieszka Szewczyk

Agnieszka is an associate in the firm’s London office. She has experience advising clients on all types of commercial litigation, including antitrust damages litigation.  She is an experienced litigator having previously worked on a wide range of cases from consumer protection to commercial and finance litigation. 

Agnieszka has acted for clients across a wide range of sectors, including acting for the Claimants in a successful major class action brought against a giant German financial institution for unpaid bonuses.  She also has experience of advising clients regarding mis-selling of financial products as well as conducting advocacy at County Courts on behalf of her clients against UK Banks. 

Prior to joining Constantine Cannon LLP, Agnieszka worked at leading legal 100 London-based law firms. 

Agnieszka holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Wroclaw and a Graduate Diploma of Law from BPP School of Law.
