Leah Judge

Leah Judge is an associate in Constantine Cannon’s San Francisco office. She represents whistleblowers and government entities in qui tam lawsuits brought under the Federal and various state False Claims Acts, as well as under the Internal Revenue Service, Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission and Department of Transportation’s whistleblower programs.

Leah graduated from Stanford Law School, where she served as co-chair of Law Students for Reproductive Justice and co-president of the Marion Rice Kirkwood Moot Court Competition. During law school, Leah externed with the Impact Litigation and Social Justice section of the Santa Clara County Counsel’s Office and spent a summer in the consumer protection division of the Federal Trade Commission. Before joining Constantine Cannon, she clerked for the Honorable Christina A. Snyder of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the Honorable Kim McLane Wardlaw of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

In 2007, Leah graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude from Claremont McKenna College with a B.A. in International Relations. Between college and law school, she taught Kindergarten in Honduras and worked at a non-profit organization in Washington, D.C. building playgrounds with low-income communities. Leah is proficient in Spanish.
