Rose Guest

Rose Guest is a solicitor in the Firm’s Art and Cultural Property Law and Litigation Groups.

Rose acts for clients before the English courts and in arbitration proceedings. She represents high net worth art collectors, art dealers, galleries, artists, professional advisers, museums and not-for-profit organisations. She advises clients on disputes involving artworks, jewellery and cultural heritage property, restitution and Nazi-era claims, art crime, provenance investigations, ownership and export issues and disputes with auction houses. Rose has also advised on non-contentious matters including art loans, travelling exhibitions and art financing.

Prior to joining Constantine Cannon LLP, Rose was an associate in the International Arbitration and Litigation Group at Watson, Farley & Williams LLP. She completed the GDL and LPC at BPP Law School in London and studied Spanish and Business Studies at Edinburgh University.

She completed the Diploma in Art Profession Law and Ethics at the Institute of Art Law in 2014. She is fluent in Spanish.
