Rosie Dawn Griffin

Rosie Dawn Griffin is an associate in Constantine Cannon’s Washington, DC office.  She represents whistleblowers under the federal False Claims Act, equivalent state acts, and the whistleblower programs of the Internal Revenue Service, Securities and Exchange Commission, and Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

Rosie focuses primarily on addressing fraud in the healthcare industry. She is part of the legal team pursuing a qui tam case against UnitedHealth Group alleging the nation’s largest Medicare Advantage Organization submitted false claims for payment to the Medicare Program by improperly inflating its members’ risk scores.

Prior to joining Constantine Cannon, Rosie held a two-year DOJ Honors Program clerkship with the Executive Office for Immigration Review.

Rosie earned her J.D., with honors, from the George Washington University Law School in 2013. At GW Law, she litigated on behalf of victims of domestic violence in two clinics, received multiple commendations for her international human rights pro bono work, and was a member of the George Washington Law Review.
