Saidah Grimes is an associate in the New York office of Constantine Cannon and concentrates her practice on antitrust litigation and complex commercial litigation.
Ms. Grimes began her career practicing real estate finance in Baltimore, Maryland, where she drafted and negotiated and drafted loan documents for affordable housing and community-based centers. Ms. Grimes then switched to practicing litigation and concentrated her practice in the areas of complex civil litigation and data breach litigation.
Ms. Grimes received her juris doctor, cum laude, from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she was the Technology Editor for the Journal of Health Care Law & Policy and Treasurer of the Moot Court board. She received her undergraduate degree in Business and a minor in Spanish, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina.
Ms. Grimes is admitted to practice in Maryland as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
