Timothy Dyer is an attorney in Constantine Cannon’s New York office. Timothy has a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Utah. During his law school he was President of the Health Law Organization and Senior Editor of the Journal of Consumer & Commercial Law, he also clerked at the Santa Rosa Civil Courthouse. He has focused his education and experience on database analytics, healthcare economics, and medical fraud detection.
Prior to joining Constantine Cannon he led various large scale commercial litigation reviews in D.C. and worked for the State of Oregon Department of Justice in Civil Enforcement on a matter involving the PPACA marketplace.
