Constantine Cannon successfully represented Concord EFS in its acquisition of Electronic Payment
Services, which was cleared after investigation by the Department of Justice. Through this
acquisition, Concord acquired the MAC electronic payment services network, one of the country’s
leading online PIN-secured debit networks.
