Constantine Cannon successfully represented Concord EFS in its landmark acquisition of Star
Systems, which was cleared after extensive investigation by the Department of Justice. Through this
acquisition, Concord, a leading provider of electronic payment services, consolidated the STAR,
MAC, and Cash Station ATM and point-of- sale debit networks, creating the nation’s largest online
PIN-secured debit network and an integrated national provider of credit and debit card processing
services.
