The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) announced today that it entered into non-prosecution agreements with Jeremy Lao (Lao) of New York, New York, Daniel Liao (Liao) of Minato-Ku, Japan, and Shlomo Salant (Salant) of New York, New York.
