Five More Whistleblower Lawyers Join Constantine Cannon

Posted  July 31, 2015

By the C|C Whistleblower Lawyer Team

Five additional whistleblower lawyers have joined Constantine Cannon’s growing whistleblower practice, making it one of the largest and most experienced in the country.  The new additions are Mary Inman, Jessica Moore and Ari Yampolsky in the firm’s San Francisco office, and Tim McCormack and Molly Knobler in the firm’s Washington, DC office.  Christine Zengel and Janice LeBon have also joined the firm as Whistleblower Practice Manager and Paralegal, respectively.  Click here for the firm’s press release.

This team — all formerly with Phillips & Cohen — joins the firm’s recent whistleblower lawyer additions of Eric Havian, Wayne Lamprey and Anne Hartman, who earlier this year joined the firm to open its San Francisco office. With a total of 11 attorneys, who bring more than 100 years of collective experience in whistleblower cases, working full time representing whistleblower clients, Constantine Cannon is now one of the largest and most expert whistleblower law firms in the United States.

Members of the Constantine Cannon whistleblower lawyer team have been responsible for securing more than $1.7 billion in recoveries for federal and state governments and more than $300 million in whistleblower rewards for clients. This is in addition to the firm’s internationally known antitrust practice which has recovered more than $5 billion in damages and tens of billions of dollars more in injunctive relief, including two of the largest antitrust settlements in US history.

Constantine Cannon is one of the few full-service litigation firms in the country to have a practice dedicated solely to representing whistleblowers under the federal and state False Claims Acts, as well as the SEC, CFTC and IRS whistleblower programs. The firm’s lawyers have worked with government enforcers in nearly every state, and with offices on both coasts and in London, Constantine Cannon is well prepared for whistleblower cases arising anywhere in the United States, Europe or Asia.
