Kansas medical equipment supplier Pos-T-Vac, Inc. agreed to pay $1 million to settle allegations it violated the False Claims Act by charging Medicare for vacuum supplies not medically necessary, lacking documentation of medical necessity, and/or not properly ordered by a physician. DOJ (DKS)
