Multinational software engineering company SAP Public Services, Inc., has agreed to pay $2.2 million to resolve allegations of failing to pay required fees on contracts signed under the GSA’s Multiple Award Schedule program, which provides a streamlined process for all levels of government agencies to purchase goods and services at discounted prices.
