Special Agent in Charge Christian Schrank for the DHHS OIG commenting on the indictment of eight individuals in connection with a fraudulent scheme to bill Medi-Cal for $50 million worth of drug and alcohol counseling services that were never provided or provided to students who were not substance abusers.
