Question of the Week -- Are You Planning to Attend the OffshoreAlert Conference?
For the 16th year, OffshoreAlert is hosting its annual North American conference on Financial Intelligence & Investigations. The focus of The OffshoreAlert Conference is to bring a diverse group of senior financial industry participants together to learn and network. During the conference, the SEC’s Jane Norberg, the CFTC’s Christopher Ehrman and the IRS’s Lee Martin will join Constantine Cannon Partner Eric Havian for a panel entitled “Enriching Domestic & Foreign Whistleblowers: The Growth & Spreading Reach Of U.S. Programs.”
The panel will, among other things, look at the growing number of submissions from whistleblowers outside the United States. The OffshoreAlert Conference on financial intelligence and investigations offers a neutral forum where senior financial industry participants from both the onshore and offshore sectors can meet to discuss important and emerging issues in a number of areas of high-value international finance, including value recovery, investigations, litigation funding, whistleblowing, money-making, and offshore development (which will look at viable ways to develop OFCs in the modern era).
What do you think? Are you planning to attend the OffShoreAlert Conference?
