Senators introduce new FBI whistleblower protection bill – Senators Grassley and Leahy introduced the “FBI Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act,” which would expand the group of people can receive disclosures from whistleblowers to include their supervisors.  The Washington Post

Time Warner Cable to pay $5.2M to end LA suits over fees – The Los Angeles City Council approved a settlement resolving a legal dispute with the region’s largest pay-TV provider over the payment of fees. Los Angeles Times

Massachusetts auditor’s investigation bureau to report record fraud detection – The state auditor’s office unit that pursues allegations of public assistance fraud will announce Wednesday that it identified a record $13.7 million in fraud last fiscal year, an increase of 44 percent over the previous year.
