Construction management company Louis Berger International admits bribing foreign officials to secure government contracts in India, Indonesia, Vietnam and Kuwait, in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).  Company agrees to pay $17.1 million in criminal penalties; two former executives based  also plead guilty to conspiracy and FCPA charges.  DOJ.
