U.S. program for disabled workers under investigation for massive corruption and fraud  The DOJ and several inspectors general are investigating AbilityOne, the government agency responsible for overseeing over $2 billion a year in government contracts, and its nonprofit partner SourceAmerica, on charges that the program designed to help disabled workers is engaged in illegal operations, financial fraud, mismanagement, and steering contracts, among other allegations.  CNN
