Bullying in the NFL – Miami Dolphin guard Richie Incognito is suspended for allegedly sending teammate Jonathan Martin threatening and racist messages and targeting him with other abusive conduct.  Miami Herald

Protections for antitrust whistleblowers? – The Senate just passed a bill with retaliation protections for antitrust whistleblowers, though if enacted as it currently stands its effectiveness may be limited since it does not incentivize whistleblowers with financial rewards.  Press Release
