Miami physician sentenced to 108 months in prison for Medicare fraud — Henry Lora, former medical director of Miami-area healthcare clinic Merfi Corporation, admitted taking kickbacks and bribes for writing prescriptions for home health care services not medically necessary or actually provided.  DOJ
