Herbalife is under FCPA investigation – Dietary supplement company Herbalife reported it is under investigation for conduct in China. Carl Icahn, who owns a 24.18% stake in the company will be serving as an unpaid special adviser on regulatory reform to President Trump, who has referred to the FCPA as a “horrible law” that disadvantages U.S. companies.
