SEC halts alleged initial coin offering scam – The Securities and Exchange Commission obtained a court order halting an allegedly fraudulent initial coin offering that targeted retail investors to fund what it claimed to be the world’s first “decentralized bank.” SEC

Amazon, Berkshire Hathaway and JPMorgan team up to try to disrupt health care – The three companies announced yesterday that they would form an independent health care company for their employees in the United States.
