Two former executives plead guilty in Navy’s ‘Fat Leonard’ bribery scandal — “Two former Singapore executives for foreign defense contractor Glenn Defense Marine Asia plead guilty in federal court Tuesday to fraud charges in connection to a multi-million dollar Navy bribery scheme.
