New Jersey AG announces new Anti-Corruption Programs —   New Jersey Attorney General Christopher S. Porrino announced Anti-Corruption Reward and Whistleblower Programs yesterday to fight against public corruption within the New Jersey state government.  New Jersey Law Journal 

Two former executives plead guilty in Navy’s ‘Fat Leonard’ bribery scandal — “Two former Singapore executives for foreign defense contractor Glenn Defense Marine Asia plead guilty in federal court Tuesday to fraud charges in connection to a multi-million dollar Navy bribery scheme.  Neil Peterson, 39, and Linda Raja, 44, admitted to conspiring to submit bogus bids, claims and invoices to the U.S. Navy.” NBC 7 San Diego

DOJ Reaches $3 million FCA settlement with California oncology center — “A Lancaster-based radiation therapy center has paid $3 million to resolve allegations that it submitted fraudulent bills over a nearly 10-year period to three government-run healthcare programs for unsupervised radiation oncology services.” DOJ
