Ginger is an attorney in Constantine Cannon’s New York office. Ginger received her LL.M. in Taxation and her J.D. from New York Law School, where she made Dean’s List and participated in a small claims mediation clinic. Before law school, Ginger received her Bachelor’s in Religion from Hunter College.
Ginger has led large-scale, international reviews on various matters including antitrust, securities, internal investigations and regulatory inquiries. Ginger has managed time-sensitive second requests, with her most recent matter involving a completed $3.8B transaction. She has extensive experience managing 200+ attorney case teams domestically and off-shore. Prior to joining Constantine Cannon, Ginger worked as a Staff Attorney at a Global 100 law firm, where she led a team of attorneys on an international rate rigging matter.
