Matthew Koenig

Matthew is a 1997 graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where he received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Matthew is a 2000 graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, where he was a member of the Dean’s List. During law school, Matthew was a Judicial Intern for Hon. Walter H. Rice, Chief Judge and Hon. Michael R. Merz, United States Magistrate Judge in the Southern District of Ohio. Following law school, Matthew was an associate at a small commercial litigation firm in Albany, NY. Since 2002, Matthew has been a Supervisor and Team Lead on numerous complex commercial litigation document reviews at various law firms and for the New York County District Attorney and the New York City Law Department. Matthew has worked on many biopharm and financial matters, including securities, antitrust and patent infringement cases. He has assisted in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions and trial preparations.
