Matthew Moore

Matthew Moore is an attorney in Constantine Cannon’s New York office. Matthew received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School where he was an Articles Editor for the Journal of Global Trade and worked with E. Thomas Sullivan on an article on the history of Antitrust divestiture. He received his B.A. from the University of Chicago with a major in Economics. Post college, Matthew was employed at Charles River Associates where he worked on a variety of matters in antitrust and market concentration analysis. Prior to joining Constantine Cannon, he worked on a number of large-scale litigation reviews in the areas of antitrust, securities, and contractual interference.
