Patrick Kennedy

Patrick Kennedy is an associate in the Washington, DC office of Constantine Cannon, where he concentrates his practice on antitrust litigation and counseling, as well as complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining Constantine Cannon, Patrick served as a law clerk to the Hon. David W. McKeague on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He then worked for a large law firm in Boston, MA, where he maintained a diverse commercial litigation practice in both federal and state courts, as well as confidential arbitration.

Patrick graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was an Executive Editor of the Michigan Law Review. While in law school, Patrick worked as a student attorney in Michigan’s Criminal Appellate Practice Clinic and the Pediatric Advocacy Clinic.
