On October 9, 2014, Jeffrey I. Shinder, Managing Partner of Constantine Cannon's New York office, and Richard Pike, litigation partner at the firm's London office, hosted a workshop in London on the recent European Court of Justice's judgment dismissing MasterCard's final appeal against a 2007 antitrust infringement decision by the European Commission regarding interbank fees for cross-border payment card transactions. The seminar, which was enhanced by the participation of the European Commission, was organized in partnership with Concurrences Journal and CRA. A sister event took place in Brussels on October 13, 2014, in which James Ashe-Taylor, antitrust partner at Constantine Cannon London, participated alongside Jeffrey Shinder.
