Boeing manager-turned-whistleblower Ed Pierson, represented by Constantine Cannon whistleblower attorney Eric Havian, will testify before the Transportation Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives on Wednesday, December 11th. The Transportation Committee has an ongoing investigation regarding Boeing’s 737 Max.
Boeing whistleblower Pierson believes that production problems he witnessed at Boeing’s Renton, Washington plant, where the 737 Max was produced, may have played a role in two crashes that killed a total of 346 people, as well as in 13 other safety incidents involving the planes.
