Former top Chinese leader gets life in prison on corruption charges — “Sun Zhengcai, a former top Chinese Communist Party official once considered a potential successor to President Xi Jinping, has been sentenced to life in prison after being convicted of taking bribes.”  CNN

OSHA solicits input on rail, trucking whistleblower laws — “OSHA is looking for comments and suggestions on how it can better deliver ‘whistleblower customer service,’ as well as assistance it can provide to better explain the whistleblower laws it enforces.  The meeting will be the first in a series requesting public input on the whistleblower program.”  Progressive Railroading
