Constantine Cannon Whistleblower Partner Eric Havian was featured on CNN to discuss Constantine Cannon client Ed Pierson’s testimony before Congress. Mr. Pierson, a former Boeing manager, testified to Congress regarding production problems he witnessed and internally reported in connection with the Boeing 737 Max. Just days after Mr. Pierson’s testimony, Boeing announced it would halt 737 Max production.
