Defense contractor Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc., will pay $3.5 million to resolve allegations that it improperly charged the U.S. Navy for certain overhead costs.  An audit of Draper disclosed the charges and Draper’s lack of documentation regarding them.  USAO Mass
