Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), in his press release announcing his bipartisan resolution — co-sponsored with Senator Ron Wyden (D-Oregon) — designating July 30, 2023 as “National Whistleblower Appreciation Day.” Grassley and Wyden have led this effort for 10 consecutive years. It has passed the Senate unanimously every time.
