Computer Sciences Corporation hit with $190 million penalty – The corporation agreed to the payment to settle charges by the SEC that it manipulated financial results and concealed significant problems with the company’s largest contract.  SEC

Medicaid wants Texas to pay-up – The federal agency says Texas should repay at least $133 million in Medicaid funds spent on unjustified dental care.  San Antonio Express

Atlanta dentist settles whistleblower case — Dennis Jaffe and Dennis B. Jaffe D.M.D., P.C., agreed to pay over $300k to settle health fraud claims alleging he fraudulently billed Medicaid for tooth extraction procedures and for fraudulently billing for services rendered by a dental assistant when Jaffe was not present in the office.  FBI

Will Qatar and Russia be stripped of World Cup awards? — leading Fifa official Domenico Scala says Russia and Qatar could lose the 2018 and 2022 World Cups respectively if evidence of bribery emerges during investigations of Fifa conduct.  BBC
