Justine Lei is a staff attorney with the Whistleblower Practice Group in Constantine Cannon’s New York office.
Ms. Lei graduated from Fordham University School of law in 2020. During law school, Ms. Lei interned with the Honorable Denny Chin of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Office of the Governor Andrew Cuomo as well as Fordham Law’s legal clinic, Lincoln Square Legal Services. Additionally, she served as a Notes and Articles Editor for the Fordham International Law Journal, as a member of Fordham Law Moot Court, as the President of Fordham’s Asian Pacific American Law Association (APALSA) and Fordham Health Law Society and was a student advisor with Fordham’s Center for Race, Law and Justice. Ms. Lei also represented Fordham Law in the 2018-19 Thomas Tang Moot Court Competition hosted annually by the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) where she placed as a national semi-finalist with her partner.
Ms. Lei graduated from New York University in 2016 with a double major in philosophy and psychology and completed her Master’s in Bioethics from New York University. Ms. Lei’s admission to practice is pending in New York.
